Teams & Condition

1. Included in the room rate:

• Tennis court from 6:00 to 17:00 PM; Swimming pool: from 6:00 to 17:00 PM.
• Rates are based on per room per night. Applicable to Single/Double occupancy and inclusive of Breakfast; 5% service charge & 10% VAT. (Non-refundable for breakfast if not used).
• Daily two bottles of mineral water per room & and a basket of fresh seasonal fruits upon checking in.
• Wi-Fi throughout the resort.

2. Not included in the room rate:

Meals, Beverage, Mini-bar, Telephone, Laundry, Personal Services.

3. Policy:

- Check in time: 14:00. Check out time: 12:00 noon. Late check-out or early check-in is according to room availability. Check-out after 12:00 PM to 18:00 will be charged 50% and after 18:00 charged 100% of room rate.

- Maximum occupancy per room is 02 adults and 02 children under 12 years old sharing the existing bed in the room with parents or extra bed which is charged on demand (applying for Deluxe Chalet only)

- Breakfast: from 07:00 to 10:00, breakfast charge for children from 06 – 12 years old is at USD 6 net/ child/ day and complimentary for children under 6 years old

- All reservations are only guaranteed with full 01 night deposit

- Cancelations will be accepted the deposit will be refunded if notified by 14:00 at least three days before arrival; otherwise the deposit will be penalised

• Two children under 12 years old share bed with parents but have to pay US$6.00/time for Breakfast  or with extra bed which is charged US$25.00/bed/night/pax (including Breakfast)
• Check-in time: 14:00 PM Check-out time: 12:00 noon. Late check - out or early check - in is according to room availability. Check-out after 12:00 PM to 18:00 PM will be charged 50% and after 18:00 PM charged 100% of room rate.
• Prices are subject to be changed without notice.

4. Deposite: All reservations are only guaranteed with full 01 night deposit.

5. Cancelation: Cancelations will be accepted the deposit will be refunded if notified by 14:00 at least two days before arrival; otherwise the deposit will be fenaltised.

6. Payment: In CASH or Accepted Credit Cards (VISA, MASTER and JCB)
